  • 250 gm minced chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion paste
  • salt as required
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 2 pieces tomato
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 4 tablespoon tomato puree
  • black pepper as required
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 handful lettuce leaf
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Step 1 Prepare the patty mixtureTo prepare this dish, take a large bowl and add minced chicken, onion, scallions, parsley, onion-garlic paste, tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste, green chilli, oregano and cinnamon powder. Mix all the ingredients to prepare the patty mixture.
  • Step 2 Bake the chicken loaf Transfer to a baking tray and set like a loaf. Spread a thin layer of tomato puree on top and sprinkle cinnamon powder. Bake for 30 minutes at 120°C or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Step 3 Caramalize the onions In the meanwhile, put a pan over medium flame and heat a teaspoon of butter in it. Add chopped onions in it and caramelize onions in it. Take the burger buns and them in halves from the centre.
  • Step 4 Take out the patty from the oven and in desired shape Now, slice the tomato rings. Wash and keep the lettuce leaves ready. Grill the jalapeno and wait till the patties are ready. When the patties are ready, take out from the oven and switch it off them in the desired shape (we like them square-shaped).
  • Step 5 Add cheese slice in the patty and warm in oven to melt a little This is the time to put the cheese slices on top of the patties and place back in the warm oven so the cheese melts a little bit.
  • Step 6 Toast bun on hot pan and spread mustard sauce on one side Place the buns on a hot pan with a teaspoon of butter and toast lightly, and spread mustard on one side. Take the base of the bun and lay a lettuce leaf on each bun. Place the patty with cheese and top it with a tomato slice, then caramelized onions and jalapeños. Put together and serve.
